1. Description of Service
PicVox is a mobile app that allows you to take photos, create stickers, record voice for each sticker, store and view them in a gallery, and set a profile name and avatar. All processing is performed on your device. We do not operate servers that store or process your content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of consent in your country) to use the App, or have your parent or guardian's permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to capture, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes others' rights; harass, bully, or harm others; or attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
4. No Account or Login
PicVox does not require you to create an account or log in. All data is stored locally on your device.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App may display subscription plans. When in-app purchases are available, additional terms and Apple's terms will apply. Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not store your payment details.
6. Intellectual Property
PicVox, including the App's name, logo, design, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the photos and recordings you create.
7. Disclaimers
PicVox is a general-purpose creativity tool. It is not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or educational advice. The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Use at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from any claims arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
12. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
